Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Many Grand Blanc families are trying to make ends meet at the same time they face limitations and shortages of food items. FISH purchases many cost saving goods from the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. However, the Food Bank is also struggling to meet the unprecedented demand and FISH is not always able to buy needed inventory. To resolve this issue, FISH is turning to our community, our churches, civic groups and friends to ask for support.

Cereal is one of our biggest challenges. Not only through cost, but availability and quantity limits.

We are also seeking donations of “boxed/canned meals: (Like)

• cereal    • syrup

• macaroni & cheese    • crackers

• hamburger helper        • jelly

• side dishes        • ravioli

• pancake mix         • hamburger helper

• spaghettio’s

Donations may be brought to Hill Funeral Home 11723 S. Saginaw St (White garage building with FISH Food Pantry sign)

• Wednesdays from 5-6:30 pm
• Saturdays 10-noon
